Lime Mint Foot Soak
Nothing is more relaxing than getting my foot soaked in warm water. Due to my busy schedule, I don't have the leisure to get a foot massage but it's nice to have an at-home SPA every once in a while. My favorite SPA treatment is getting my foot exfoliated to get rid of calloused. Since Spring is coming up I'll be wearing more sandals and flats, so it's a good time to prep the feet for that! Here's a foot soak I adore. Not only does it smells great it's also effective. Foot Scrub Recipe: Combine 2 cups of Epsom salts with 1/2 cup baking soda and zest of one lime in a large bowl, and add 3-4 drops of lime essential oil and 3-4 drops of peppermint essential oil. Stir with wooden spoon to mix thoroughly. Pour the mixture into a jar or bag, and use within a few weeks. *store in a cool dark place, like refrigerator if using lime zest. If you’d like it to keep longer, omit the zest.

@AvocadoLove That's also one of my biggest issue (I wore flats everyday!), but since I've started using homemade scrubs to exfoliate the the soles, it's been much better!
