I'm going to try this with the tofu noodles I bought a couple days ago. I have a box of frozen spinach in my freezer I've been trying to get rid of!
Passing on the red pepper flakes...the roasted peppers add enough flavor :)
@caricakes I was thinking the same thing (the photo makes it look so good!)
Frozen spinach is great to have on hand for smoothies, stir fry, and sauces!
