Are You Eating Too Much Fruit?
Fruit is great for us, there is no doubt about that, but there is such thing as too much of a good thing! Fruit is filled with natural sugars, which are much better for you than any processed sugars you come across on a daily basis, but you should avoid over-doing it just the same.
Here is a handy visual guide to how much one serving of fruit is (and you should aim for 4-5 servings a day!)

I eat blueberries like they're bowls of popcorn. I wonder if that's okay if that's all the fruit I'm eating for the day, or if I'm giving my body too much sugar!
This is really important when it comes to making smoothies. I am definitely guilty of piling up the fruit without thinking about how much I eat in total throughout the day.
