Easy DIY Fat-Burning Ginger Tea
Ginger is an incredible little plant that burns fat, relieves sore muscles, improves circulation, and much much more! Here is how to make your own simple ginger 'tea' at home!
INGREDIENTS
1-inch piece of fresh ginger, thinly sliced
8 ounces boiling water
DIRECTIONS
Place sliced ginger in a tea infuser inside a mug.
Pour hot water in mug, cover, and steep for five minutes.
Remove infuser before drinking.
