I used to be a multi-sport athlete, then life happened. It was a coping mechanism and stress reliever for me. I'm just trying to get back in the swing of things. Appreciate the encouragement.

This is helpful!! I'm a woman's weight lifter (#1 in my highschool) and I also play Volleyball and Basketball so my knees are pretty weak.
