Just in case you didn't know, your home is a treasure of unsuspecting beauty tools. You know the straw you've been sipping with and the spoon you've been using to eat, they make a perfect stencil to master the art of cat eye. Scroll down to find out how you can use everyday items to create the perfect eyeliner flick!

Scotch Tape

Take an inch-long piece of Scotch tape. Place the edge of the tape in line with your bottom lash line and angle the top toward the end of your eyebrow. Then begin sketching and thicken the wing! Tip: Start from the middle and work with short, dash-like strokes.

Remember the crazy thing spoons can do? This adds on to this list! Use the handle of the spoon to draw the angled line and the curve of the spoon to create the shape. Then fill it in to finish the flick.

This sipping tool makes a wonderful straight edge to outline the perfect flick. Place the straw in line with your bottom lash line and angle the top toward the end of your eyebrow. Then start outlining!

This is one of my favorite hack and I love the fact it sticks right on. Place it directly to the arch for a high angle or lower it for a more subtle wing.

Credit Card

Hold a credit card (or business card) flat against your cheekbone on an angle and veering upwards past the tip of your eye out to your hairline. With your liquid liner, trace along your upper eye line, and once you reach the corner of your eye, trace along the card's edge to create your flick.
Have you tried any of these tricks? If you know of one that's not listed, please share it with us! :)
@iluvdurian31 That's one reason why I love the scotch tape trick.
I have all of these items except straws. No reason to not try this. :)
I use scotch tape, because after I stick it, I don't have to worry about holding it with another hand and it's strongly fixated until I take it off.
Why am I laughing at the post it hack?
