Elegant Centerpieces Without Being Overdone
I love a table that is elegant and not overdone. It's not pretentious and trying to hard. This photo captures that essence that I wish more brides would hang onto. I don't mean the look. I'm talking about essence. Nothing wrong with having money and a beautiful tablescape, but sometimes it's a bit crass to overdo it. (Thinks of both Kardashian weddings in the not too distant past.)
Budget Bottom-line: $30 Glass vessels (rented) $50 Flowers $15 Candles $100 Chivari (rented) $39 Misc (20% of itemization)= $234 (per table)

Consideringyou have 15 tables at $234 each, that's $3,510, which is less than $5000. Remember, your tablescape budget should account for 10 percent of your wedding budget. It's okay to go higher, but you must make adjustments elsewhere.

@darcysdiary, great question!!! It all depends on what vessel you are using, how many, and ultimately what will you do with them when you are done with the wedding? If the price is right to buy and you're over the moon about it, then buy it. Remember, this is your wedding. Make it your own and something that you will thoroughly enjoy. If that means buying then do it. Just weight out the pros and cons of actually owning it when you're done. Do you really need 20 vases? Probably not.
