About a month ago I posted a card on halo hair accessory for brides. I found a halo braid updo from Wedding Chicks and decided to share with you all. The site did not include a step by step explanation on instruction, but I've written it along with the pictures. If you have any questions, feel free to comment below. Also, let me know if you decide to use this for your wedding!
The first thing you need to do is part your hair in half and keep one side secure with an elastic or scrunchy. Then start dividing the other side with three sections.
Start doing a basic three strand braid but grab hair from the front as you go. You'll end up with half crown braided as shown on the right image. Secure it in place with bobby pins.
Untie the other side and start braiding. Once you finish braiding, tie it with an elastic.
Then make a low crown on the back and allow the ends to reach the front (as shown on the right image).
Secure the ends with bobby pins and you're done!
