Week 7 Meal Planning
How was everyone's Valentine's Weekend? My husband and I actually went out on a date. It's nice to take a break from all the housework and spend some quality time outside. We took a stroll to downtown La Jolla after dinner to enjoy the night scenery. It's been a while since we hit the beach. We did some shopping on Sunday and got a new memory foam pillow and I was so excited to try it out I forgot to sit down and do my meal planning for the week. This morning we had sunny side up and toast and packed chicken deli sandwich for my husband to bring to work. With that said, I'll start the week with Monday dinner. Monday
Dinner: Chicken Noodle Soup with Heart-shaped Carrots @AvocadoLove (been wanting to try his out)
Tuesday
Breakfast: Blueberry Pancake
Wednesday
Breakfast: Eggs and beans burrito
Lunch: Mixed Green and Nuts salad
Dinner: Tomato Bistro Soup, Chicken and Sourdough
Thursday
Breakfast: Yogurt and Mango
Lunch: Pineapple and shrimp fried rice
Friday
Breakfast: Brown sugar and Raisin Oatmeal
Lunch: Pesto pasta
Dinner: Chicken Panini

Yay! Thanks for including my shepherd's pie! You'll find that it makes plenty of leftovers.
