Ingredients
1 spaghetti squash, halved vertically and seeded
1 red bell pepper, halved and seeded (or 1 roasted red pepper)
1 recipe cashew mozzarella with 1 tb. nutritional yeast and 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper added; makes extra
About 1/2 c. arrabbiata sauce (or other pasta sauce of choice)
1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced into quarter-moons
1/4 yellow onion, dicedadditional dried oregano and red pepper flakes, to taste(optional)
fresh basil or parsley, for topping

Yum. I've tried this with zucchini but never with spaghetti squash. It looks terrific.
Pile on that fresh basil! This sounds great and super healthy which is always a plus when it comes to pizza
