“You can feel sore tomorrow or you can feel sorry tomorrow.”

There is no better motivation than regret. If you’ve ever skipped a workout and felt less than great about yourself afterwards, then this mantra may be the one that will help you head to the gym.

“You are resilient.”

Physical strength actually comes from making microscopic tears in your muscles, which then repair themselves to become more powerful. Working out helps you learn what you are capable of so you can push yourself to do more the next time.

“You are stronger than you know.”

Just like how you have the resilience to bounce back from a difficult workout and push onwards, you have the strength to challenge yourself to do more than you think you are capable of accomplishing.

“If it’s not challenging you, it isn’t changing you.”

Yes, a new move or a higher level class may be intimidating, but you have to try. That decision to get out of your comfort zone is half the battle when it comes to exercise.

“Don’t talk about it, be about it.”

Walk the walk and embrace the challenge. Do it, don't just say you will.
“If it’s not challenging you, it isn’t changing you.” Is powerful!
The last one is definitely the hardest. The amount of times I have said I am going to get in shape this year...
That is the one I connected with too @kristenadams
The first one is like a much better version of 'nothing tastes as good as skinny feels.' Personally, I hate that quote but the sore vs sorry one is a much much better sentiment!
I want to hang these all on my bedroom wall so that I see them right when I wake up!
