First thing first! Start by cutting up a fresh pineapple. The easiest way is to chop off the top and bottom, then proceed with the sides.
Continue shopping the pineapple into small pieces. Look at the image above for reference.
Place the pineapple in a bowl and drizzle the cinnamon syrup over it. Toss it to thoroughly coat each piece. Move the pineapple to the grill. Make sure each side is golden brown to get the caramel flavor. You can eat this alone or serve it with coconut ice-cream!
