[26th-Feb-15] Daily Rumour Mill

After some shocking results in the Europa League today, here's the latest news and rumours making headlines.
1. Manchester United and Chelsea are both interested in Southampton's Nathaniel Clyne. (Source: http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/nathaniel-clyne-chelsea-radar-blues-5236694)
4. Robin van Persie looks set to sit out a month after leaving the Liberty Stadium in a boot. (Source, SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED: http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/sport/football/6348114/Manchester-Uniteds-Robin-van-Persie-out-with-ankle-injury.html)
5. Jordan Ibe is set for a new contract at Liverpool. (Source: http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/liverpool-starlet-jordon-ibe-set-5238814?)
My Thoughts:
1. With Southampton doing well again I'd imagine there'd be raiders at the castle walls.
2. Good player but he hasn't worked out in the Premier League sadly.
3. Well he's one player Man United do need to offload. I'd expect him gone in the summer.
4. Didn't look good when he was leaving. Bit of a blow to Man United.
5. Very good up and coming player. Lot of talent. He deserves to cash in on a new contract.

3 ways to loss weight
3 Ways to Help  to reduce your Loss of *** Increase Your *** Loss Whether you have 20, 50, or 100+ pounds to lose weight, lose weight and build the right body takes hard work and consistency. I know this to be true from my anti-obesity experience. In the last few years, I have lost over 300 pounds [140 kg]. I built a little but certainly a thin and upright body that I have always wanted. It seems like I had the right answers and “good” weight loss strategies. That would not be far from the truth. The truth is that I was struggling… WRONG. First, it took me years to begin with and finally failed to begin to make the necessary changes in my body. When I started losing weight consistently, it was due to chronic cardio and a very low calorie diet. My excessive diet and exercise eventually led to low testosterone, hypothyroidism, and low metabolism. I also gave up my life of pursuit of a “perfect” body. I avoided going out with friends for fear of overeating, and I often made excuses as to why I couldn't participate. These are just a few of the mistakes I have made. The list of ***** I went through during my trip is too long to try to fit in with this blog post. I was one of the lucky ones who struggled with all the mistakes and pains of losing weight, and I finally achieved my goal. It would have been much easier. If I had just learned a few basic facts about weight loss and body weight, I would have achieved my results in half the time. And it would be very little pressure. I can’t go back in time and change what I did. I can share the knowledge and strategies I have learned with others who are trying to lose weight. Using these tips will make losing weight easier and get you to your dream body faster than you thought possible! Here are 6 easy-to-use tips to improve your *** loss. CLICK ON TWEET Strategy # 1 - Be prepared Most people who want to lose weight simply get to exercise and eat a healthy diet without a clear mental plan. While more transport and less food can work in the short term, it is only a matter of time before you reach the ongoing plains. Finding a slim, lean body mass requires you to pay close attention to your calorie diet and the type of well-designed resistance training. Before you start to lose weight, make sure you do your homework. Get a proven nutrition and exercise program and get results. I suggest you find a procedure designed to use scientific-based research. Also, contact other people who have followed the same program and ask them to find out if it works. Another suggestion I have is to remove any tempting food from your home. Building healthy and active habits is very important in the early stages of weight loss. Eliminating foods such as ice cream, cookies, or anything else that may tempt you to overeat is a good way to make sure you stick to your plan. You do not need to finish this diet forever. However, it is important to build a healthy environment early so that you do not give up before you start to see results. When the weight of the scale starts to drop and you start to look slimmer on the screen, you will probably have enough motivation and energy to allow for a little handling here and there. Before you worry about supplements and all "small rocks," make sure you take care of "big rocks." .for more click here https://www.sachinsharma.gq/2021/05/3-ways-to-help-your-loss-of.html

Uruguay v England: Rooney to prove his worth in favoured role
England simply must beat Uruguay to keep qualification in their own hands and while Three Lions fans’ nerves are jangling history suggests Roy’s boys should do the business against the South Americans. Being a European nation England play an admittedly limited amount of football against South American opponents but a look back at the last 20 games shows that we have rarely struggled against the likes of Uruguay. drow last names In the last 20 games against sides from South America England have lost just three, drawn five and won 12 times including against Brazil, Argentina and indeed Uruguay. True, most of these games have been of the friendly variety but England’s World Cup record against South Americans also provides encouraging reading with three wins, one draw and just one defeat – to Brazil. So with the stats suggesting reasons to be confident here are three solid bets for the crunch game. Wayne Rooney to score first @ 6/1 Wazza’s form has been the source of much debate and having never scored a goal at a World Cup finals this one is a bit of a Gut Truster pick. However, the Manchester United man is England’s all-time leading World Cup goal scorer when qualification games are included and after being restored to his favoured central position has never had a better opportunity to shine. We’re backing Wayne to fire us to glory and at 6/1 to open the scoring you should too! Over 2.5 goals to be scored @ 21/20 England will concede, they always do, so any win is likely to need at least two goals from the Three Lions, especially with Luis Suarez likely to be restored to Uruguay’s starting XI. Games involving England and South American rivals are often high-scoring affairs with 20 goals recorded in the last six meetings and an average of 2.85 over the last 20 games. England to win 2-1 @ 9/1 Just six of the last 20 games where England have played a team from South America have seen any side record a victory by more than one goal. So, if you’re backing Uruguay to score – and you should be as they’ve netted in 19 of their last 19 fixtures – then 2-1 looks the most likely result if England are to win, making 9/1 simply too good to turn down.
