I'm doing this know & trust me it is ! but I've always been healthy but at time I would eat chips like there was no tomorrow ha but I got this I suggest you try as well you love the brun ! no work out is bad as long as you try that the best step to take !, <3 Wish you luck!
i tried 30 squats and 3 days ago and my leg still in pain....your workout definitely is impossible for me.....
