★Ingredients: ☆10 tbsp. of melted butter ☆1 1/2 cups of granulated sugar ☆3/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder ☆1 tsp. of salt ☆2 tsp. of Vanilla extract ☆2 eggs ☆ 1/2 cup of Flour ☆ 16 cool mint oreo cookies (If you can't find cool mint, you could just use regular oreos and add 1/2 teaspoon of mint extract to the brownie batter. ----------------------------------------------- ★Instructions: ☆Preheat the oven to 325° ☆Line an 8 x 8 baking pan with parchment paper so that it hangs over the edges. ☆In a bowl combine the melted butter, cocoa powder, salt and sugar. ☆Stir in the vanilla extract ☆Add eggs. one at a time, beating fast for each addition. ☆Stir in the flour until combined and then stir quckly for 30 seconds. ☆Pour half of the mixture into the baking pan. ☆Lay the oreos in a single layer on top of the brownie mixture. ☆Top it off with the remaining brownie batter. ☆Bake to 25 to 35 minutes or Poke a toothpick or fork in the brownies. If it comes back out clean then it's ready. ☆Remove from oven and leave to cool for about 20 to 25. ☆Cut evenly and serve Enjoy!
@flymetothemoon Newman-O's (Newman's Own brand Oreo cookies) makes their own mint variety all year round! You could always use those if Oreos are seasonal.
