Ok I live in the USA, I don't want to sound ignorant but I THINK that MOST of the vinglers in this community do as well. But how many of you guys live somewhere else? In a youtube video I was watching someone commented and asked about the rider in the video's "association" and I looked it up and it was a public group on Facebook. I don't want to say they name to respect their privacy, they'd be on Vingle of they wanted to talk to all of you. But anyways on their Facebook page someone asked about sliding wheels and one guy commented his opinion and he had terrible things to say about all American wheels lol He said Otangs were overpriced and terrible, Hawgs were alright, and he said These wheels were great but he really advocated "Vaults fibreflex fatties" I looked these up and they're called "transthane" Anyone know anything about these wheels, the Vault ones? Someone commented and said Vault's flatspot easily lol Anyone heard of the brand? I think they look pretty sexy tbh and the description reads, "will dump copious amounts of thane" I'd totally ride these

those are his opinions and normally I would respect them but not today. in general . . . a racer car driver has different wheels depending on the discipline and the track. most vaults are a performance slide wheel with a sugary thane dump, hawgs are great they have multiple formulas and shapes for doing it all. now otang I can see where most people don't like them most of the formulas they have are consideribly longer lasting and grippy even at an 86a durometer, but I like the roll speed of the larger cored wheels and kegels have proven themselves on track. most urethane is poured in the USA, mainly from two large plants aend and labeda, and these and bones being poured in house at skate one. remember collective pours in China and vaults are uk if I'm not mistaken
yeah sorry lmao haven't ridden them much yet, they're weird breaking in though @ThtYoungElwoodJ
I have vault fudges
I have vault moon boots
Never heard of them but it never hurts to try.
