That second one in my go-to favorite anything. They're actually the same ingredients used for Swedish Princess Cake, which is my favorite cake of all time. Sweet Lady Jane's in LA makes a great Swedish Princess Cake. ALL their cakes are good. They even made cakes for Ellen Degeneres and Portia DeRossi's wedding.
I remember when there were like 5 popular cake flavors and if you had 10 it was completely unconventional. Now, there's 22! LOL I love this.
Chocolate Mint is what I would go for. It's my favorite ice cream flavor too. Yum <3
That salted chocolate ganache icing just sounds too good to be true.
