Stop Hair Loss With Apple Cider Vinegar
I received a couple of message regarding hair loss remedies and honesty speaking there are tons of remedies out their uses natural ingredients to combat this hair problem. You heard about it in my aloe hair treatment card and hair thinning card. Instead of sharing it bit-by-bit this card is dedicated to one goal - using apple cider vinegar to reduce hair loss.

Why ACV?

As you know apple cider vinegar can nourish and encourage a healthy scalp for strong hair growth. This is due to the potassium found in ACV.
Applying this ingredient on your hair will:
1. Restore the pH balance
2. Get rid of nasty build ups
3. Prevent dandruff to form

How to use it ACV?

1. Apple Cider Vineger Tea
First thing first, DO NOT run to your cabinet and drink it directly from the bottle. All you need is one teaspoon of ACV and dilute it with a glass of water. Drink this mixture 2 times a day. Keep in mind it will not give you immediate result. It usually take around 2 months to see a difference.
2. Apple Cider Vinegar Rinse
After washing your hair rinse it gently with ACV. Then use your normal shampoo and conditioner to wash it off. Follow up with a cupful of ACV and rinse with warm water. Then use a hair comb to get rid of any tangles then allow your hair to air dry.
As usual, do a patch test on your skin (hand) before using it on your hair.

@maymay75 Whenever I see people use ACV for any home remedies, they tend to be using the Braggs Organic Unfiltered one.

I hated the idea of putting ACV on my hair (considering its strong smell), but I did it cause my friend insisted -_- Surprisingly, it wasn't so bad. I recommend others to try.
