Hitting the beach this Spring break? Show off your sexy back with a gorgeous beach cover by Trash to Couture. It'll take you less than 20 minutes to put this garment together.
Cost: Less than $5
Materials: Dyed fabric, something with stretch.
Here's the basic construction: rectangle fabric with loops on the sides. Read on to find out how to make it!
1. Simply cut a rectangle, this was 61 inches wide and 26 inches long for a small. Wrap the fabric around to see how it will fit on you. Make sure it isn't too wide or the back will be too low.
2. Cut 2 small slits 7 inches apart for the arm holes and use a jersey string to knot in. Slits should be very tiny or the strings will fall out. Then sew it in place. To make the string just cut a strip of jersey fabric no wider than in inch and pull about 20 inches long.
