[14th-Mar-15] Match Preview: Crystal Palace - QPR (8:45 - NBCSN)
Crystal Palace will look to continue their revival under manager Alan Pardew without a shot of the first team players as captain Mile Jedinak is suspended while Jordan Mutch, Maruoane Chamakh, and Fraizer Campbell are injured. Glenn Murray will return to the squad following a ban while Yaya Sanogo is also fit to play again. QPR will be without captain Joey Barton who is serving the last of his 3 game suspension while Darnell Furlong, Adel Taarabt, and Eduardo Vargas are all game-time decisions.

Historically, QPR have never lost at Selhurt Park in the top flight and are 1-4-0 all time at the home of the Eagles. Palace’s form has fallen significantly at home since the arrival of Pardew, and the Eagles are not just 1-2-5 at home in both league and cup. Only bottom of the Premier League Leicester City has secured more points at home (10) than Crystal Palace (12).
QPR are still abysmal on the road, with only 3 points and a 1-0-12 record away from Loftus Road. The last 11 London derbies have also proved a beating ground, managing just 3 points and no victories. QPR also come into the game having allowed more shots on goal than any other Premier League side and are tied with Aston Villa for having scored the least amount of points since Christmas at 11.
Predictions:
Should be a good game. Palace are without a host of players but their depth and play style under Pardew is good. Charlie Austin is a deadly force for QPR however and I can see the unbeaten record at Selhurst Park remaining intact.
Palace 1-1 QPR

@CitySarajevo @GermanBumbleBee Teams above them still need to win to widen the gap, but if QPR can't win then it won't be necessary. Still time though.
