So many of you think that to lose wieght you need to cut off foods... lie! First off you can still snack off with chips and soda.. just in moderation though. Eat at least 5 small meals a day or 3 reg. meals and a snack in between each meal. Eat lots of fruit and veggies. Protein is also necessary because you need this to produce muscle. Exercise DAILY! Even if its just a couple push ups or jumping jacks, it helps a lot. Stay off the scale. If you do exercise stay off the scale because then youll feel like your gaining weight instead of losing it. You may end up weighing the same but are slimmer wiith more muscle so dont even worry about it. DO NOT REDUCE FOOD INTAKE!!!! That is one. of the worst things you can do. Eat the same amount just spread of the amount all around the day. Welcome!
