Reverse flies (as well as when you're doing them on your back) is an awesome chest move too!
Sometimes I do tricep extensions by holding a book and hanging off the end of my bed!
Clipping this for next week!
You can do moves number 3 without weights and still get an ab workout!
Would it create muscles???
