Pilates "seated single-leg lifts" look like you're just lifting one leg up and then other, but even the most advanced pilates practitioner will feel a burn in their quads and core after a few reps.
Tip: Be sure to keep your back straight so you're not hunching over your leg.

I love to hate this move, but it is so effective!
The best is when you have your back against a wall to help you lift!
This is great exercise to do while I'm @ work. It will keep me busy during the slow hrs.
