Not only does greek yogurt make a great breakfast and light snacks, it's also good for your skin! This recipe works as either a basic cleanser for daily use, or once-a-week hydrating treatment. Perfect for all skin type. For added benefits, add honey to the mixture! 2 tsp Besan (aka gram or chickpea flour)
3 tsp greek yogurt
1/4 tsp honey (optional)
Mix all ingredients together to form a paste. Using your fingertips, apply the mixture onto your face in a circular motion. Leave on for 5 minutes if using as a daily cleanser; or 20 minutes if using as a weekly treatment. Wash off with lukewarm water. Tone and moisturize!

The portion here is perfect. You can scoop a few spoon of greek yogurt to a separate bowl to use it as a mask. Then eat the rest.

I remember using Greek yogurt as a mask to reduce redness for a bad sunburn last summer. It works wonder!
