We're officially stepping into Spring in two days. I'm excited for all the pretty dessert in this season. So, let's start with Easter goods!
1/2 cup of butter, softened
3/4 cups packed brown sugar
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsps vanilla extract
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1 cup mini chocolate chips
pink, blue, purple, and white candy melts
1. Use a stand mixer to cream the butter and brow sugar until light and fluffy. Then beat in the vanilla. Slowly add flour and sweetened condensed milk. Once it's fully mixed, stir in chocolate chips.
2. Shape the dough into eggs. Then place on wax paper and cover loosely with plastic wrap Refrigerate overnight.
3. Melt the candy melts (follow instruction on the bag)
4. Keeping the truffles in the refrigerator, and removing only three or four at a time, dip them in the candy melts one at a time with a fork. Gently tap off any excess chocolate and let dry on wax paper.
