Wow. I can't believe it's already week 13 now. Our family went on a short vacation because our college girl had a one week spring break. My husband and I ended up on a mini getaway after we send our kids off. It's been years we got to go on a vacation, so it was relaxing and refreshing at the same time. I'm not even 50 yet but I'm already anticipating for retirement. I realize I really like traveling. Well, back to reality. I'll have to wait a couple more years until retirement. Enough of my ranting, here is the meal plan of the week!
Breakfast: Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich Lunch: Tortilla Soup and bread
Breakfast: Tomato Avocado Omelet
Lunch: Leftover Linguine
Breakfast: Strawberry, banana and Granola Yogurt Bowl
Lunch: Lefotover Tofu & Eggplant Tikka Masala with Pita Bread
Breakfast: Egg and Sausage Casserole
Lunch: Strawberry Tomato Feta Salad
Dinner: Tomato Basil Risotto
Breakfast: Raisin Brown Sugar Oatmeal
Lunch: Tuna Sandwich
