I hope everyone is having a great week so far. This week for dessert Thursday I'll be sharing an easy frozen yogurt recipe. It takes about 5 minutes to make and it's super healthy! Recipe adapted from Just Taste!
4 cups frozen strawberries
3 Tablespoons agave nectar or honey
1/2 cup plain yogurt (non-fat or full fat)
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Add all the ingredients in the food processor. Process until creamy, about 5 minutes.
Serve the frozen yogurt immediately or transfer it to an airtight container and store it in the freezer. Last for about 1 month!
