5 Steps To Wake Up Tired Eyes
Chances are if you work in front of the computer for an extended period of time your eyes probably get tired before the day is done. Here are five simple tricks to stimulate circulation for tired, sleepy eyes.
Using your middle finger, massage the eye socket bones down to the bridge of the nose. Repeat this 8-10 times. Tip: Keep your eyes close to get maximum effect.
Press on the pressure point under the brow bone (as pictured) and count to 3. Then repeat the same process to the temples.
Using your thumbs, gently press the the lid near the inner corner of the eyes. Press slowly and release. Repeat this exercise 5 times.
Using your middle fingers, massage the temple area with an up and down motion. Continue to massage the area for 1 minute.
Using your index finger tip, gently massage the back of the skull (directly behind the eyes). Make sure not to press to hard since this is a tender spot. Continue to massage the area for 1 minute.

I actually got my first facial done at the shiseido counter in Macy and the beauty specialist used a similar technique to massage my eye crease. My eyes felt awake after that 10 min facial.
