INGREDIENTS
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut)
½ cup water10~ drops of coconut stevia (or stevia + coconut extract)
optional (but highly recommended) toppings:
coconut whipped cream and toasted coconut
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat almond milk and water on the stove or microwave for 2 minutes.
Add stevia.
Blend for 20-30 seconds.
Top with coconut whipped cream and a sprinkle of coconut and enjoy!

I so rarely get to eat toasted coconut, but it is so good on smoothie bowls or hot chocolate, or drinks like this!
I'll be using coconut milk for this for sure!
This sounds like it would be great iced once summer is here :)
I've seen flavored stevias at the store, but I've never played around with them and I definitely had NO idea there was a coconut one! I might buy that and add it to ALL my lattes.
