Why You Should Stick to a Skincare Regimen?
Changing your skincare products too often can result in dry, irritated skin. Our facial skin is actually really delicate. If you over-wash or over-exfoliate your skin it can actually make the layer sensitive. When that happens your skin may have broken capillaries (especially near the nose) and little bumps.
How to find what works for your skin and sticking to it? There are no perfect regimen for a certain skin type it really depend on each individual person. Every one has different lifestyles! If need some tips to figure out what is best for your skin type refer to the tips below!

1. Know your skin type

It is important to recognize your skin type in order to determine the suitable products for your skin.
Oily Skin: Overall face looks greasy by the end of the day.
Combination Skin: T-Zone is particularly oil. Cheeks and chin may be dry.
Dry Skin: Dryness usually occurs near the nose and chin area.
Sensitive Skin: Skin may look pinkish or red.

2. Start with the basics

You don't have to go all out with your beauty routine. Cleanse, tone and moisturize is sufficient for basic skin care.
Oily and Combination Skin: Foam cleansers with tea-tree oil is perfect for fighting occasional acne. Water-base moisturizer is also a good choice to reduce excessive sebum.
Dry Skin: Cream base cleansers won't strip off your natural oil. Moisturizers that have vitamin E will hydrate your skin.
Sensitive Skin: fragrance-less products and minimal ingredients are the best for your skin type.

3. Weekly Exfoliation and Facial

Your skin does not need to be exfoliated on a daily basis. Once a week is good enough. In addition, you can set some time to do a mini-facial on the weekend.

4. Daily Sunscreen

Don't skimp on this! Since the weather is getting warm you should be waring sunscreen everyday. This will save you some trouble once you reach your 30s.

Sunscreen is must! Heard that ozone layer is badly damaged and uv ray strongly harms your skin.
It's true. I have a hard time sticking to a single product. I blame sephora. Every time in step in the store I find something I want to try.
