The Providence Friars were up 6-2 with only a few minutes left, but the Miami RedHawks pulld their goalie and scored three unanswered goals, making it a one-point game with only a minute and thirty second left. This isn’t the unbelievable part.
The RedHawks defenseman, Louie Belpedio, made an absolutely insane diving save to keep Providence from scoring another goal in the open net. Even though they ended up losing, this could go down as one of the best saves in hockey history.
