Why It's Important to Leave Enough Space When Overtaking Cyclists
In this video you will see a British cyclist take three close passes by a taxi, bus, and van driver. All three of them are professional drivers, i.e. they are paid to drive everyday for a living.
Drivers passing too closely is a problem that cyclists all over the world face. It's incredible dangerous to pass cyclists with less than 3 feet of room.
In many states in the US it is required by law for all motorists to pass cyclists with at least 3 feet between the two vehicles. Unfortunately this law is not strictly adhered to or enforced. A cyclists can fall, a driver in a parked car can open a door, there are plenty of scenarios where a cyclist would be killed by a driver passing too closely.
Tell you friends, spread the word. It's not okay to closely pass a cyclist. It doesn't matter how good of a driver you think you are, things can happen that are out of your control and it could end in serious injury or death.

The second incident right, did the cyclist just go too fast and almost rear end the filmer or did the car at the T start pulling out?

@Spudsy2061 The cyclist behind the camera guy wasn't paying attention to the camera guy when he was braking. He ended up falling due to his own mistake, but falling over into a car that is passing too closely would end badly.
