@marshalledgar you can always try pickled artichoke hearts - not as gross as that sounds - though those will be fresh. They're great tossed in a salad!

Some of my favorite vegetables. I love fava beans. In fact, this might inspire me to post my favorite fava bean recipe called ful medames. It's the one of the standard breakfast dishes of Egypt and the Middle East! :)
