Along with that, I take sweets & snacks too which makes me fat and also Lil bit unhealthy. Earlier, I used to stock biscuits, and sweets in my house so that I can eat them at any time I have sweet cravings. Now I have replaced sweets & biscuits with protein bars like peanut burfi, sesame burfi, etc. Some of my friends also told me that they will also eat sweets after food. However, sweets can increase digestion, eating them more leads to many diseases and is unhealthy. Even I am aware of which shop sells the best sweets in my locality. Due to diabetes in my family, I am concerned. There is a greater chance of also catching me. I’ll get it very quickly if I keep eating this way. Every time you feel like eating sweets, say it four to five times. 2. Brush your teeth After a meal, brushing your teeth can quickly eliminate sugar cravings. Small & frequent meals Eat smaller, frequent meals to help maintain a stable blood sugar level and reduce your body’s desire for an immediate sugar boost. 7.
