Liverpool will miss captain Steven Gerrard and defenders Martin Skrtel and Emre Can who are all out due to suspension while Mario Balotelli is a game-time decision. Blackburn are without Shane Duffy, Chris Taylore, Grant Hanley, and Jason Lowe while Josh King, Chris Brown, Rudy Gestede, and Craig Conway are all game-time decisions as well.
Liverpool boss Brandon Rodgers has stated that "a trophy this season will mark another step forward" as the Reds look to reach the FA Cup Semi-Finals. Liverpool's goal scoring form has eluding them however, scoring only 3 in their last 4 which includes the 0-0 draw at Anfield against Blackburn. Liverpool are also coming off consecutive defeats against Manchester United and Arsenal, where they were outscored 6-2.
Blackburn are currently 10th in the Championship but have beaten two Premier League opponents at home already in Swansea and Stoke, both of whom are in the top half of the table.
Prediction: Blackburn will give Liverpool a hell of a fight but the Reds will find a wondergoal from somewhere to win.
