No no don't say that@GusBenevolent me after three years try to do diet at last I reach to what I want. so try and don't feel down plz. Sleep early, get up early and working out daily in the morning help alot eating 6 meals per day. drink 2 glasses of water first thing in the morning and 1 liter water between every meal. so plz don't feel that
@missophiestik My one meal a day diet is failed. I did it over a month and my skin got better and everything but mentally it wasn't. I lost the joy of eating and I was too sensitive about everything because I was always tired. This diet is not for me T.T but I started Muay Thai today : )
@GusBenevolent the juices i drink are from costco! too much work out to do homemade lol
@GusBenevolent find the kind of diet that will sooth for your body! i'm on a 3-day juice cleanse and it makes me realize how much food i consume on a daily basis.
Not bad @GusBenevolent keep working out and organise ur meals as ur time u will find a good result and remember ages just numbers. and don't give up
