Oh dear...that formula says I only need 1,080 calories a day! That's definitely not healthy...
@inthekitchen the same thing happened to my sister she is 5ft4in and weighs 130lb this puts her in the normal bmi so she does not need the 750 deficit because this will put her underweight which is dangerous. She just uses the number before the 750 deficit as her targeted calorie intake. I hope this is useful to you.
