There is no one easy solution to perfect health, and health practices vary from culture to culture, and even family to family!
Here are a few traditional practices from around the world for you to try, thought personally I think I'm going to stay away from the cupping therapy...

My best friend's mom is actually involved in Chinese medicine and swears by acupuncture! My friend is always going to the acupuncturist and she loves it!
I have a friend that meditates one hour a day and my great uncle does half and hour a day as well!
There's a really great book called the Blue Zone about the benefits of certain diets and it offers some really great mediterranean recipes! Definitely worth reading :)
At the risk of sounding ignorant, isn't the cupping treatment really dangerous? You use a flame to create that suction right?
