[14th-Apr-15] Match Preview: Atletico Madrid – Real Madrid
Real boss Carlo Ancelotti said forward Gareth Bale will be vital to their chances of a La Liga and Champions League double and that the Welshman is 100% fit ahead of Tuesday’s clash with Aletico Madrid. It means that for the first time in 5 months, Ancelotti will have a fully fit squad to choose from, as is also the case with Atletico manager Diego Simone with the return of Raul Garcia and Mario Mandzukic.

Head-To-Head

Real won the Champions League meeting between the two sides last time out, overcoming a 1 goal deficit to lift the trophy 4-1 in last season’s finale. Since that game, Atletico are unbeaten against Real, winning 3 and drawing 2, inlduing beating the side in the Spanish Super Cup, twice in the league, and knocking the side out of Copa Del Rey as well.
Prediction: Tough first leg to call but I can see it heading back to Real on level terms.
Atletico 1-1 Real

@GermanBumbleBee Yeah this week's 2nd leg seems like 1 club will regret not being more aggressive in this 1st leg.
