Three months after news emerged that an Eastern Kentucky football player was involved in a bar fight with three Kentucky players, police released videos of multiple incidents.
In the report, EKU’s Colton Scurry threw the first punch in the incident while at a bar. “Scurry was the primary aggressor in the altercation. He entered into the crow willingly and threw a punch at an unidentified male."
A grand jury declined to indict the three UK players - quarterback Drew Barker, wide receiver Dorian Baker, and defensive tackle Tymere Dubose. Scurry suffered a broken nose and other facial fractures in the incident.
Later that night, Barker, Baker and Dubose were at Telford Hall on EKU’s campus when Barker was violently sucker punched by EKU defensive lineman Patrick Graffree. Barker fell to the floor and none of his teammates went to help, everyone just steps back.
After the incident three Kentucky players, including Barker, left the building.
As of now Graffree has not been charged.
