I am here to make a serious change in your life and will leave you happier and healthier, though probably sweatier.
You need some spice in your life and I have the answer: Salsa.

1. Salsa Eating

Did you know that spicy foods do more than just make your lips tingle? Here's why you should double up on that salsa next time you get the chance:
Weight Loss: Prepare for a jump in your metabolism. Studies show that the main compound in chilies, called capsaicin, may cause the body to burn bonus calories for 20 minutes post chow-down.
Cancer Prevention: According to the American Association for Cancer Research, capsaicin has the ability to kill some cancer and leukemic cells.
Lower Blood Pressure: Vitamins A and C strengthen the heart muscle walls, and the heat of the pepper increases blood flow throughout your body. All of this equals a stronger cardiovascular system.
Fewer Blow-Your-Top Moments: Spicy foods boost production of feel-good hormones, such as serotonin. So they may help ease depression and stress.
Clearer Skin: All that sweat clears your pores out, leaving you with a fresher complexion.

2. Salsa Dancing

Dancing is one of the best physical activities to boost your fitness and your mood. If you want improved condition of your heart and lungs, increased muscular strength, endurance and motor fitness, increased aerobic fitness, improved muscle tone and strength, weight management, stronger bones and reduced risk of osteoporosis, or just to have a good time, dancing is your best bet.
Grab a friend, a date, or go solo and check out a salsa studio near you!
I love that spicy food is a stress reliever :)
I am going to be on a steady diet of chips and salsa all summer, don't worry!
I wrote a card on salsa dancing for my adventure dates collection!!! It's actually really fun, I promise! Not scary at all :)
I took one zumba class and it taught me that I should leave dancing to the professionals ;)
I can do the salsa eating but its going to take a lot to do the dancing part in public
