Week 17 Meal Plan
Last week past by so fast! I can't believe tomorrow is Monday again. Since it's Earth Day this coming Wednesday I'll be adding some green theme in my dish. There was a major sale at Ralphs and Trader Joe's so I couldn't resist. As usual, hope everyone stay healthy and safe.

Breakfast: Cheese Toast
Lunch: Tuna Casserole
Tuesday
Breakfast: Scramble Eggs with Bacon
Lunch: Cesar Salad
Dinner: Spinach Ricotta Lasagna (I'm not actually making it in a mug)
Wednesday
Breakfast: Green Juice (Kale, Spinach, Orange and Asparagus Juice)
Lunch: Spicy Shrimp & Avocado Salad (from this card)
Thursday
Breakfast: Breakfast Burrito
Friday
Breakfast: Strawberry and Greek Yogurt
Lunch: Leftover Chicken Alfredo Baked Ziti
