If you read my cards you know essential oil is one of my favorite skin care products. I include them in most of my DIY mask and beauty regimen. Today, I'll be sharing a few ways to use essential oil in your beauty routine.
This is an effective method to relax and soothe sore muscles. Add a few drops (no more than 7) to your running water before entering the bath.
Add about 8 drops in 4 ounces of hot water. Let it soak in cloth and use it on bruises, wounds, or muscular pains.
Here's a method to open pores, soothe headaches and clean sinuses. 1-5 drops on hot water in a pot, cover head with a towel, steam face.
