Anti-Aging Eye Cream - DIY
The best way to avoid wasting money on over-night miracle creams that cost upwards of $100 a month for subscription, not-available-in-stores, fool's gold, I recommend starting the anti-aging process early. And then be sure to use natural products that are easily accessible to anyone and relatively inexpensive.
Take a look at the exhaustive list of ingredients; there's ONLY TWO! This comes from SkinnyMS.com. There are tons more health-related diy projects that you can read about.
Coconut Oil
Vitamin E capsules

Directions

1. Place 1/2 cup of coconut oil into a small bowl and microwave for 15-20 seconds or until it becomes a liquid.
2. In a small jar or storage container place the liquid coconut oil.
3. Using a pin, prick holes into 7 vitamin E capsules and pour them into the coconut oil and stir.
4. Refrigerate for 45 minutes to an hour or until solid.
5. Apply the cream at the edges of your eyes and underneath to keep them rejuvenated.
Note: Keep the cream in a cool dry place.

They're liquid gel caps. You just squeeze them. I have never heard of this method before.

Never heard of this technique either but I'm curious if I could use the bottle of vitamin E I already have. I'm gonna try it & hope it works.

Hi @teey Where did you get your bottle of Vitamin E from? How much was it? LOL I would rather add a tbsp of liquid E than bust open the pills. Thanks

Dania I got it from Vitamin Shoppe. I buy all of my liquid oils from there, some locations sell them @ the store or you can order from the website.

Good to know. @Teey I was wondering, is the hype about CoQ10 (fish oil) really true? Part of me thinks it is marketing. But I am open to the idea if it really fortifies the heart and blood.
