These badass fireman took their firetruck through an 11 foot deep flood. This is something you'd never expect to be possible, until you see it on video.
The fire truck can ford rivers and floods because the engine's air intake is located at the top of the truck. If the intake was located lower down the truck, near the engine like any normal car, water would get into the engine. Once water gets into the engine the engine will be flooded.
