A healthier weight leads to higher thinking ability
Research has shown that sweating and regular exercising not only benefit your body but also help to stimulate both your right and left brain!
This is based on a study carried out by the Canada Cardiovascular Society on a group participants with an average age of 49 years. These participants also do not engage in any regular exercises prior to the experiment.
During the experiment, participants are required to exercise twice a week by cycling and performing weight training. After 4 weeks, it was found that the weight, BMI, excess fats and waist measurements of these participants greatly reduced while their exercising capacity increased by 15%. It was subsequently found that the increment in exercising capacity is directly proportional to the ability to think. The reason is because exercising helps to supply and improve the blood circulation of the brain!
