A trip to Disneyland or Disney World's Magic Kingdom isn't fully complete without stopping off for a cup of frosty Dole Whip, the frozen pineapple dessert with a serious cult following.
The Dole Whip you can buy at the park has been 100% vegan since 2013, but you don't have to plan a whole vacation just to get your fix anymore!
Follow the recipe below to make your very own Dole Whip at home. (Even better if you layer it on top of a cup of pineapple juice to make the ultimate copycat DoleWhip Float!)

(A huge thanks to the magical Chocolate-Covered Katie, who you should check out if you're wanting some equally epic cruelty-free dessert recipes.)
MAKES 3 SERVINGS
2 cups frozen pineapple
1/4 cup non-dairy milk of choice (CCK recommends canned coconut milk for piña colada-inspired variation.)
1/16 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar of choice (or a pinch of pure stevia extract)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1) Blend all ingredients until smooth.
2) Scoop out with an ice cream scoop, or squeeze through a pastry bag, Yonanas ice cream treat maker, or a plastic bag with an edge cut off. (If your blender is not super-powerful like a VitaMix, you may need to add a little more liquid and then freeze a bit before serving, or churn in an ice cream maker.)
3) For soft-serve that holds its shape longer, freeze the swirled Dole Whip at least 20 minutes prior to serving.
