Smoothie Bowls for Summer Weight Loss
As if you needed more convincing about why the smoothie bowl trend is so awesome, here are four more recipes from Health.com (plus a bonus green tea smoothie bowl recipe) to inspire you!
Whether you're trying to lose or maintain your weight, starting your day with this nutrient burst is a great way to have a happy, healthy summer.

Pina Colada

Do you know how good pineapple is for you? It's an incredible source of Vitamin C and can help keep your skin clear, your hair shiny, and your immune system strong!
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen mango chunks
2 oz. pineapple, chopped (frozen or fresh)
1 Tbsp. coconut oil
2 Tbsp. hemp seeds
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. honey
Top with unsweetened coconut.

Berry Good

Is your memory not as good as it used to be? Luckily the ultimate superfood, blueberries, is here to help you. This antioxidant-filled berry is nature's candy and has proven to improve memory and lower risk of some cancers.
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries)
2 Tbsp. hemp seeds
1 Tbsp. coconut oil
1 tsp. honey
Top with berries

Chocolate-Cherry

I've said it before and I'll say it again: chocolate is good for you! Like blueberries, dark chocolate is an anti-oxidant/superfood that also happens to be delicious. If you aren't into cherry, you can also try frozen raspberries!
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen sweet cherries
2 Tbsp. flax-chia blend
1 Tbsp. coconut oil
2 Tbsp. raw cacao powder
Top with hemp seeds and dark chocolate chips

Banana-Nut

This one is for the busy-bees of Vingle. The protein from the almond butter will get you going in the morning and the complex carb and (good!) sugars from the banana and honey will keep you satisfied until lunch!
1 frozen banana
2 Tbsp. almond butter
1 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Top with a few slices of fresh banana and granola or nuts
