Camping and Hiking with Asian Food

I'll be honest when I say that when I first came across this video, I didn't expect to want to make the food at all. It looked interesting, sure, but it really didn't seem like I would want to take anything here on the trail hiking with me.
I was totally wrong. I haven't got to try it yet (didn't go to the store) but I'm so ready to try these foods for my next hike! Or, just for a fun dinner.
Would you be willing to give these foods a try? Which one?
I was trying to think of some changes I could make to add some variety as well, but I'm not sure what else would be non perishable!

OK i might make these just to try at home but I don't think I'll take them hiking..
I'd try making the sushi, but I've tried making onigiri before and mine was all uneven and falling apart, hahaha.

COVID-19 Impact on Bakery Products in the Food and Beverage Industry The novel coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted the whole food and beverages industry among which bakery industry is one of them. This pandemic has resulted into mass production shutdowns and supply chain disruptions which has also affected the economy as well. Due to lockdown, during the start of 2020, sales of non-edible products such as disinfectants, toilet paper, paper goods, and hand sanitizer were high in demand and the sales of edible products such as bakery, meat products, and many others were up to the mark as the supply of bakery was insufficient as many of the bakers have shut operations due to shortage of labors. Along with this, disruption in logistics facilities due to the lockdown has created more issues in the market as consumers were not getting products as per their requirement which ultimately affected the market. Another factor that has created an impact on the market is the lack of raw material availability due to which production of products was not proper. Due to these issues, smaller bakers in the unorganized segment are the worst affected, as stated by Mago, who is also a president of the All India Bread Manufacturers Association. But as the time passed, government started allowing reopening of the shops, the demand for the bakery products took hike especially bread and others as these are the essential products which are used in daily diet, majorly as breakfast and evening snacks.
