Savor Mania's original recipe called for honey, but swapping that out for maple syrup keeps the sweet and salty taste but makes this awesome side dish vegan!
400g baby carrots
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 ½ tablespoons maple syrup
A handful of fresh coriander, chopped (optional)
Follow the original recipe, but replace honey with maple syrup (agave won't have quite the same effect)
